Just as in any industry, there is jargon for specific topics. In the green industry, one of the most important terms is carbon footprint. According to UK Carbon Trust 2008, a carbon footprint measures the “total set of GHG (green house gas) emissions caused directly and indirectly by an individual, organization, event or product.
