Being Green = Saving Green

money tree Being Green = Saving GreenThere certainly is no shortage for good books about being green, but there are few who put it into terms of money. David Bach, a world renowned author of financial books including Smart Women Finish Rich and Smart Couples Finish Rich has decided to really sum up being green in terms of saving green. In his new book Go Green, Live Rich Bach and co-author Hillary Rosner bring up “50 Ways to Save the Earth”, and how these tips will increase your saving power.

The tips cover all ground as far as being eco-friendly including Knowing Your Impact, Greening Your Real Estate, and going Green In the Office. For each tip Bach and Rosner include the breakdown on how much it costs, how much you can save, or Green Action Steps to research more into particular topics.

This is a really great resource for incorporating being green into your life no matter how much or little you decide to do. And as if it’s not enough to be doing good for our Mother Earth, Bach and Rosner make a great case for increasing your wallet size!
